This milestone event will convene leading site selection professionals, economic development executives, and global industry partners from around the world under one roof. Marking a significant milestone for the Guild, the conference will unite its international network to foster dialogue, exchange insights, and strengthen cross-border collaboration that drives global investment and growth.
As part of Location Decisions’ participation in the conference, Managing Director Andreas Dressler will deliver a keynote address titled “FDI in Flux” alongside Patsy Van Hove of IBM Consulting. Together, they will explore the latest global trends influencing where—and why—companies are investing and establishing operations.
In addition, Andreas will join the panel discussion “Winning Projects,” where industry experts will examine what companies and consultants look for in effective economic development organizations. He will also help facilitate the breakout sessions “The Talent Imperative: Addressing Workforce Needs” and “Local Economic Developers: Catalysts for Growth,” focusing on workforce strategies and the evolving role of local economic development in driving business expansion.
