Location Decisions speaks at JobsOhio and ELITE event on US market entry

Managing Director Andreas Dressler represented Location Decisions at "Before You Go to the U.S. — Sinergie da Partner, imprenditori e istituzioni", an event co-hosted by ELITE and JobsOhio in collaboration with SelectUSA, held on 12 March 2026 at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan, Italy.

Andreas joined the panel "A perspective from the site selectors", where he addressed the key differences between location and site selection in the United States versus Europe, and the role that specialist site selection consultants play in making the process more efficient and less risky for companies considering a US expansion.

He also addressed some of the common preconceptions that European businesses hold about investing in the US, and outlined the practical challenges they are likely to encounter — particularly around securing suitable properties, accessing the right workforce, and ensuring adequate utility supply.
